TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Law
The below terms and conditions and all other expressed terms of the contract shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England.

Payments
Payment for training courses and services should be received upon receipt of invoice. You will receive an Anglia Risk Solutions invoice at the time of booking. Payments to Anglia Risk Solutions can be made by either BACS or Cheque. If paying by cheque please make them payable to Anglia Risk Solutions Limited. Payment shall be due 14 days after receipt of ARS’s invoice.  The final date for payment shall be not more than 7 days after the due date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling must be received by e-mail, fax or written correspondence 5 working days prior to the commencement of any pre-booked and confirmed service or training. Anglia Risk Solutions only accepts the date on which the letter, fax or email is received as the date the cancellation or reschedule has been made. Although we will endeavour to reschedule at a time convenient to you the final agreement on dates for rescheduling will be held by us. If a rescheduled course cannot subsequently be attended by you, the booking shall be cancelled without refund.

Payment Responsibilities for Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations
If a course is cancelled 5 working days or fewer prior to the training date, a cancellation charge of one hundred percent will apply.
Rescheduling
If a course is rescheduled fourteen working days or fewer to the training date, you can reschedule the course for a charge of only fifty percent, however if a you cannot provide attendees on the date of the re-schedule, then a cancellation fee of one hundred percent will be charged.

Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Anglia Risk Solution's negligence, or as expressly provided in these Conditions, Anglia Risk Solutions shall not be liable to the client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of Anglia Risk Solutions, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the training course and the entire liability of Anglia Risk Solutions under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the amount of Anglia Risk Solution's charges for the provision of the training course except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Anglia Risk Solutions shall not be liable to the client or be deemed in breach of contract by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of Anglia Risk Solution's obligations in relation to the training course if this was due to any cause beyond Anglia Risk Solution's reasonable control.

Confidentiality
All information relating to you and your business are kept confidential.  We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Your details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights to all training material, policies and procedures, and all material found within the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

Licence to use Website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
You must not
(a) re-publish material from this website (including re-publication on another website);
(b) sell, rent or otherwise sub-license material on the website;
(c) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose;
(c) edit or otherwise modify any material on the website; or
(d) re-distribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter).
Where content is specifically made available for redistribution, it may only be redistributed within your business.
